First Plane Ride

Today we were up bright and early - and I mean BRIGHT and EARLY to
make an 8:30 flight. That's ten babies flying for the first time, all
together on an airplane with a bunch, for the most part, of newbie
parents. I have to admit, it went quite smoothly all things
considered. Keira was a real trooper. It helped that her morning nap
happened to be in the middle of the flying time. It worked out
perfectly. A good mix of playing, munching on a mum mum biscuit and
napping. We left a rainy, miserable city and landed in brilliant
sunshine. Regardless, it was an exhausting day and everyone crashed
for a nap after a quick (and late) lunch once we made it to the hotel.

More dealings of paperwork. More unpacking and trying to make
ourselves feel somewhat settled in a hotel room. A night of room
service, checking of emails, then bed. Because we had managed to
complete much of the immigration paperwork the day before in Nanchang,
we switched up our schedule a bit. Sunday we're heading to the Great
Wall and the Jade Factory for lunch and some shopping. Should be fun!
